COMING SOON: Sunrise Customer Portal

This winter, Sunrise Cooperative customers will have an enhanced online platform to view their account.
Currently, online access to customer accounts is housed on our website through eAgvantage. As we move into the new year, eAgVantage will be replaced with the Sunrise Customer Portal.
The Sunrise Customer Portal is powered by AgVantage Software through the POCKT App. The upgraded customer experience will be tailored to an “app” approach that is focused on mobile browsing. Not to worry, you will also be able to access the same enhanced information on your desktop as well.
Users will be able to access account details in one spot of communication, knowledge and technology through the new Sunrise Customer Portal. Easily access account balances and statements, look up invoices and pay on your account, view grain contracts and tickets, check agronomy orders and prepayments, as well as see fuel orders, delivery history and agronomy farm plans. Please keep in mind that at the time of release, electronically signed grain contracts will still need to be processed and signed through eAgVantage.
The official release will be announced on the Sunrise website. Customers will be able to access a direct link to begin the transition to the Sunrise Customer Portal. If you are a current user of eAgVantage, your login credentials will remain the same. A new user will need to enter your account information and follow a few prompts to gain access. Only current Sunrise account holders will be able to access the portal.
The transition from eAgVantage to the Sunrise Customer Portal will begin in December. Through the changeover, eAgVantage will still be available, however it will begin to phase out over the 2025 growing season.
