Sunrise Cooperative Announces 2024 Board of Directors Election Results

Sunrise Cooperative, Inc. is pleased to announce its 2024 Board of Director election results. The newly elected directors will serve a four-year term from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029.
Elected to serve on the Sunrise Board of Directors is:
District 2: Kirk Walker (Clinton County)
District 3: Mike Kocher (Marion County)
At-Large: Scott Baldosser (Seneca County)
Board members Adam Agle, Bob Finney, James Metzger and John Lowry served on the 2024 Director Election Committee. Customer-owners Doug Phenicie, Rick Schroeder, Norman Capps and Chris Baird served on the teller committee in charge of counting the ballots.

Ballots returned: 1,209
The Sunrise Board of Directors is comprised of 12 members. Serving our customer-owners are nine district representatives and three at-large representatives.
